After nearly a decade inside large agency ecosystems, Ishita founded Creative Pulp Design to bridge the growing disconnect between strategic thinking and creative execution. Her work sits at the intersection of branding, communication systems, storytelling, and evolving digital culture — helping organisations build identities that remain coherent across platforms, audiences, and growth stages. She is also part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIM Lucknow, where her work increasingly explores strategy-led business growth, communication systems, and the future of brand thinking.
